Manuel Teodoro
Journalist graduated from University of Miami in 1984 and has been practicing since 1985 initially as a producer and reporter in Univision, CNN-Telemundo, WWOR-New York, and KNBC in the USA. In Colombia he has anchored TV news formats, created and directed investigative news and news magazine formats at Caracol TV and CMI News. Manuel has won 14 journalism awards: Emmy (USA), Simon Bolivar (Colombia), India Catalina (Colombia), AP (USA) , among others. He is a seasoned media and spokesperson trainer, crisis consultant, and an experienced audiovisual content producer. Clients confidence in Manuel is due to the fact that he is one of Colombias most respected journalists and because of the solid consultant services he has provided to many companies and individuals. Aside from being a partner in MT, he currently directs two succesful TV news formats on the Caracol TV network.

Felipe Giraldo
Communications and Journalism graduate from the Externado University (1998) with over 25 years experience. He was a reporter in Caracol TV News, and has been a strategic communications consultant in leading agencies such as: Burson-Marsteller, Llorente y Cuenca, Conexiones Ketchum. He was also the PR director at Initiative. Felipe specializes in the design and execution of successful communications campaigns for companies and brands. He is also an expert in the development of reputation building strategies, crisis management, corporate positioning, executive visibility campaigns, communication tactics with stakeholders, and effective communication training.
